Glades Christian Church
Church Building Use Policy
1. Anyone using the church buildings must recognize that this is God’s property. All behavior shall be with the intent of honoring Him.
2. Building Use Fees:
There is no Building Use Fee for actively attending members of Glades Christian Church, but members will be responsible for cleanup of facilities associated with their function.
The Building Use Fee for all others is $150 for the main auditorium, and $150 for the Gathering Place. $50 of each fee will be returned upon successful completion of cleanup and inspection of the facilities. Reservations will not be confirmed until fees are paid.
3. Anyone wishing to use the buildings should make their request in writing at least 3 weeks prior to the scheduled event. Request should include date, time and purpose of use. Included in the request should be an acknowledgement that the requesting person has read and agreed to these policies. Building use for any purpose is subject to the approval of the elders.
4. A church representative will be present to supervise cleanup and secure the building when the function is completed.
5. No food or drink is permitted in the main auditorium.
6. Use of tobacco products is not allowed inside any church facility.
7. Alcoholic beverages are not permitted anywhere on the premises. Failure to comply with this rule will result in the immediate expulsion of all parties and forfeiture of all fees.
8. Any broken or abused property will be replaced or repaired immediately.
